Client Referral Program

A referral is defined as an individual or group of individuals collectively undertaking the construction of a single dwelling with Kaskade Constructions Pty Ltd. Where multiple people are jointly involved in one project, it will be counted as one referral only. Referrals are deemed successful once the referred party has reached site start (slab stage or equivalent). Referral rewards will only be processed upon reaching this milestone.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a person may submit. However, to be considered eligible for a $500 Visa Gift Card:
• Referrals must be submitted through this official referral program webpage.
• Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of site start.
• Referrals made after a client has already enquired or been entered into our CRM will not be eligible.
• Kaskade Constructions Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without notice.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of Kaskade Constructions Pty Ltd will be final.

By participating in the program, you acknowledge that rewards may be considered taxable income and accept responsibility to seek independent tax advice if required.
