Survey ordered.

Section 10.7 Certificate ordered.

 

STAGE 3. BUILDING CONTRACT

Fair Trading Building Contract prepared.

Contract Meeting with Builder.

 

STAGE 4. LODGEMENT DOCUMENTATION

Concept Floor Plan & design meeting.

Complete Architectural Working Drawings.

CDC and/or DA payment required.

BASIX Certificate obtained.

Stormwater and engineering designed.

Sydney Water tap in.

Lodgement to Private Certifier.

 

STAGE 5. PRE-CONSTRUCTION​

Select your Internal and External Colours and Materials.

10% Construction Deposit required.

Homeowner Warranty Insurance obtained.

NTC (Notice To Commence) to Certifier.

 

STAGE 6. CONSTRUCTION

Introduction to the Site Manager and Supervisor.

On-site Construction commences.

All required Certifier, Engineer and Sydney Water Inspections are carried out as required.

 

STAGE 7. HANDOVER​

Occupational Certificate provided

6 Years Warranty provided

The stages in-between consist of getting approval from all necessary parties, having meetings with you and our team to discuss the build and your customisations, and, of course, the actual construction of the flat.
